All personal training is just that - personal. At Harts Run Fitness, we discuss your needs and goals with you and work to assign you the best trainer to help you realize those goals. We also have the flexibility to allow you to work with multiple trainers and book partner/small group training sessions.

From simple mobility to body building, power lifting to conditioning, the trainers at Harts Run Fitness are ready to help you in the next step of your fitness journey.

Welcome Package :: $200/3hours ($67/hour)
one-time intro

Standard Package :: $700/8 hours ($75/hour)
+ 30 minute fitness/dietary assessment included 

Training Package Plus :: $1300/16 hours ($70/hour)
+ 30 minute initial fitness/dietary assessment included

Single Session :: $100/hour

Group Personal Training :: $75/person/hour

Student Personal Training :: $75/hour
